Dent Post #4 Northern Lights Article

Read this article from the Kansas City Star.

Northern Lights Take an Unusual Trip Down South

The next day, some students reported to me that they had seen this phenomenon. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see them. My house has too many trees around it on the north side.

Did you get to see the northern lights the other night?  If so, describe what they looked like. (Only comment, do not create a new post.)

Yes i did get to see the northern lights, and it kinda seemed like the sky was on fire, or there was a huge fire and it was lighting up the sky. It was really cool though. I'm glad i got to see them! (:

Aurora Borealis is a real sight, that I wish that I could have seen in person. In fact it is one of my dreams, "to witness some of the world's greatest phenomena".

You are lucky to have seen them if you had. I am saddened for those like me who didn't get the opportunity.
